Systems Software Engineer: Develop, maintain, and deliver technology-driven systems software solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the company’s clients in the trucking industry. Meet with clients to understand their business processes and organizational structure and determine the issues affecting their current IT architecture specifically pertaining to their system software. Coordinate various business units to gather requirements and use flow charts and schematic diagrams to create software designs and application development specifications. Employ a combination of techniques including structured analysis, data modeling, information engineering, and model building to plan procedures to resolve IT problems. Develop new software systems, maintain existing products, and perform systems integration. Manage the development and refining of systems for various projects. Maintain and modify existing computer systems and software programs according to management’s specifications and needs such as integrating AI for outbound and incoming customer support calls. Monitor system functionality and identify potential problems and confirm software operations by conducting tests, participating in trial runs, and modifying processing sequences and codes. Ensure continuous compliance with FMCSA guidelines, staying abreast of latest developments from the FMCSA.

Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires knowledge of cloud systems, data management, server security, API, EDI, PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL Server, Linux, C Panel, and AWS.
